The studio provides a coffee machine, a dining area, a closet, a TV, as well as city views. The unit offers 1 Queen bed and 1 Sofa bed. The space This beautifully decorated, Stylish Studio Condo (with 1 full bathroom) features a shared-with-other- guests rooftop terrace, complete with charcoal grill and pool, perfect for entertaining and maximum enjoyment of outdoor space. *-The space features an Open Concept Living & Dining Room great for entertaining!!! *-The Kitchen is Well Equipped with Fridge, Electric Top Stove, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Blender and Drip Coffee Maker. *-Super Comfortable Living area with Smart TV (50”). *-The Condo is nicely decorated with its own private bathroom with good closet space. There is a queen size bed and a Smart TV (50”). *-Nice and oversized *shared with other guests* Rooftop Terrace Swimming Pool and Charcoal BBQ Grill (reservations are needed for the grill). *-There is a Washer & Dryer in the private laundry area. *-High Speed internet connection (200mbps) *-There is no cable, but we have WIFI and Smart TVs so you can use your Netflix or other streaming services you may have! *-This condo is a single story, and the building is up to 4 stories. There is an elevator to all 4 floors and also to the RoofTop Terrace. There are also stairs that you can use. *-WE OFFER FREE UNDERGROUND GARAGE PARKING. One spot available per condo and its very secure. *-Housekeeping is available at $50 USD per day (no minimum of days required). *-Our guests can also use the BBQ grill in the RoofTerrace area (reservations are needed and there is a cleaning fee to be paid). *-The Swimming Pool at the RoofTerrace is heated. The pool's depth is 1.60 mts (5'3" ft.) *-We don't provide salt/pepper, condiments, oils, foil, plastic wrap, coffee, sugar, etc. But they may be available for sale at the lobby. *-We also don't provide cleaning products, etc., if you want to do your own cleaning. But they may be available for sale at the lobby. *-UBER is available in the City of Mazatlan to move around. *-TAXIS, Pulmonias and other options of transportation are available nearby. *-If you are RENTING A CAR to get around is very easy and convenient since we have free parking. *-We don’t have a GYM.
