Beachlife at Maravilla is a beachy cottage inspired condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly off the Seawall in Galveston, TX. Close to just about everything, yet tucked away from the crowds. There is a small beach within a few minute walk and Babes beach is only a 5 minute drive up the Seawall! Remodeled, well-appointed condo, equipped with guests comfort in mind. The space THE SPACE Clean, new, inviting interior. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances. Large soaker tub, custom tile in bath. Comfy memory foam King size mattress in the bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway and a full sleeper sofa in the living room with a new 4 inch memory foam mattress. RokuTV and wifi included. LED TVs in living room and bedroom. Gorgeous view from the balcony of the heated pool, lagoon and gulf in the distance. GUEST ACCESS Beachlife is located in Maravilla Condominiums. Guests will have access to three pools, one of which is heated in cooler months, a hot tub, lush landscaped grounds with pic-nic tables and grills and a fitness room. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ** there is construction happening at Maravilla but it should not bother your stay! ** MUST be 25 years of age or older to book **There is a ring camera at the front door. This is the only camera we have on our property. ** Parking passes are required for all vehicles at a cost of $10 per day per vehicle at the front desk. Pass is good for the duration of your stay. These can be purchased at the front desk. ** Shared laundry facilities on each floor, but not in individual unit. ** No smoking in the condo with a $500 cleaning fee** ** due to this being a beach location we can get an occasional bug that is brought or wanders in. We do have regular insect control so it’s very rare but due to the nature of it we do not offer refunds for it. Guest access The whole condo is yours to enjoy! Other things to note We have a $150 non refundable pet cleaning fee and you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. HURRICANE SEASON Hurricane season is June 1–November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through Airbnb or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the vicinity of this property.
