Our mission is to embrace nature in its fullness, minimizing our impact on the environment. Our passion for living in harmony with the Earth has inspired every detail of our property, a testimony of love that you can feel in every corner. Our gardens have been transformed into a sanctuary of fruit trees and native vegetation of the Atlantic Forest, the delicate biome that Morro de São Paulo offers us. Through conscious practices, we collect and store rainwater, while solar energy supplies our facilities. Not only do we separate our organic waste to enrich the soil, but we also direct plastic, glass and paper to a local recycling project, contributing to the health of our environment. Our area extends over more than 1000 m² of protected vegetation. The icing on the cake is our pool, which holds 14,000 liters of rainwater, treated gently and sustainably with ionization. At Balaio da Yolanda we offer three cottages integrated into the Atlantic Forest. The name of the ecovillage, "Balaio da Yolanda," is an affectionate tribute to our cat Yolanda, who found a family in us. Guest access Not suitable for those with mobility issues, as we have a staircase to access the property. Guests have private access to the Massaranduba Chalet. The entire outdoor area, including the pool, is a common area for all guests. Other things to note We suggest our guests come with a backpack or carry-all, as Morro de São Paulo is not called "MORRO" for nothing, lol. To reach our precious place, you will need to climb a few steps, and to help our guests bring less luggage, we provide a sarong, hat, towel and beach bag.
