The apartment is located on the lower level of our home, and we live upstairs. The unit is fully private and has its own private entrance with easy self check in. Each reservation is assigned a personalized door code. **Lower ceilings best for those 6' and under** **Please be aware that access to the apartment requires walking through the backyard, including up and down several stairs.** We have professional cleaning service after each reservation to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting. Unfortunately no cats are permitted due to allergies. Our 18 month old mini goldendoodle makes frequent trips to the backyard, but we are happy to coordinate if there are times guests want us to avoid letting him out in the yard. He loves to make friends. Guests with young children and pets: please be aware that the backyard includes a koi pond and other water features that are not fenced in. Street parking on our street is free and generally available - it is usually easy to find a spot right in front of the house. We encourage guests to check street signs for any restrictions.
