Nannai Residence is a private condominium on the seafront of Muro Alto beach. We are making our family apartment available for rent. The accommodation is for up to 6 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old) It has a private garage and free Wi-Fi. It has a swimming pool complex, kids' space, gym, game courts, sauna, laundry, convenience store, restaurant, exclusive access to the beach with chairs/umbrellas. Bring the family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun! The space Furnished apartment - 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (1 suite with balcony), TV, living room with two sofas and side table with 2 chairs, full kitchen, social bathroom, hot shower in both bathrooms, balcony with table and 4 chairs and beautiful view of the pools. We are on the 2nd floor, the condominium has elevators with access to the pool area. Guest access The guest will have access to all common areas of the condominium, which are: a complex with more than 25 swimming pools, a children's park, a kids' area, a gym, a game room, courts, a sauna, a restaurant, a convenience store, and direct access to the seafront of Muro Alto beach with umbrellas and chairs available. Best stretch of beach area in the region. Perfect place for those looking to relax with all the security of a resort condominium. The restaurant and convenience store have their menu prices paid directly on the premises, apart from the lodging. Other things to note Muro Alto Beach is an excellent choice for those who enjoy the tropical climate, walking on the sand, and natural pools. Staying here you will be facing the natural pools and very close to the main beaches and tourist spots in the region. Breakfast is NOT included in the reservation, you can bring it to prepare in the apartment or go to the restaurant that is inside the condominium (separate payment, per person, average of R$33 at the establishment itself).
