Luxury Layover - Private Room, 13 Min From Airport

This luxury layover is a modern and cozy room in a recently renovated townhome. *Note: you are renting a bedroom in a SHARED, quiet home. The host also lives here. 13 minutes drive from YYZ Airport & 25 min to downtown Toronto - a perfect space to recharge. Ideal for people frequently flying in/out. Your bedroom, on the 2nd level, has a 43" Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix & Youtube. Within 5 min walk: fast food, grocery, nail salon, dollar store, gas station & bus stop. The space Near to YYZ - Toronto Pearson Airport (13 min drive). *Breakfast Snack Provided Daily!* IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SAME DAY STAY, send a message and I will see if it can be accomodated, as my response time is fast. This room is ideal for travellers with 1-2 day layovers. Note: Uber generally costs only around $25 CDN to get to the airport. Your clean and comfy private room is located on the upper floor. *THE HOST HAS A ROOM ON THE SAME FLOOR AS YOU, down the hall about 25 feet away.* You and the host will be sharing the home (no other rooms are rented out to other guests besides yours). Your private bathroom with luxury rainshower is located down the hall, about 15 feet away from your room. No one else will be using this bathroom except you (host will use different bathroom). A shelf or 2 will be made available for you in the small fridge in the kitchen, and you may use microwave to reheat food, as well as kettle or coffee maker to make coffee or tea, which can be provided to you. Cooking using the stove/oven is NOT permitted. I have 2 family rooms and you may use one of them to sit down and relax in your CLEAN clothes. I have a baby grand piano which is NOT to be used/touched by guests. This house is not suitable for children and is not childproof. Within 5 min walk is a plaza with: Wendy's, Petro Canada , RBC, Bank of Montreal, Dollar Store, Caribbean Restaurant, Indian Fusion restaurant, Dentist, Walk In Clinic, Food Basics Supermarket, Tim Hortons. Guest access - Front entry, your private room, your private bathroom , shared kitchen to warm meals in microwave (not to use stove/oven) . You may also have access to a family room if you prefer to do so to relax. Kitchen bar stool area can also be used for 'working from home'. Other things to note - Absolutely NO smoking inside my house - I do not have any pets - Free parking is provided when available - 2 guests maximum
