The space The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is in "suite" format (it has a full bathroom, with a tub, inside), a double bed for two people, a closet, two nightstands with lamps and a TV. The second bedroom has a single bed and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, hood, electronic countertop kitchen, dishwasher, crockery and kitchenware to cook whatever you need. It has a small living room with a space to be. The apartment has thermopanel windows, which allow excellent acoustic insulation, roller curtains and an electronic access lock with a temporary key. Hot water is generated through a 160-liter water heater that supplies the two showers, sinks and dishwashers. It has a capacity that allows for 4 showers of approximately 8-10 minutes. The water in the water heater is refilled only as it is used, however, if all the water is used at once, it is necessary to wait 1.5 hours for it to come out hot again.
