In addition to the pools, the wonderful Rio Quente passes through the condominium, providing a unique experience for guests who can also bathe in the Thermal Water River. The condominium also has a 24-hour front desk, large waiting room, lounge/viewpoint overlooking the mountains, fitness center, toy library and game room, movie theater, bar and restaurant, soccer field, etc. Drinks 🍻 are allowed in the common areas, only in a bistro bucket. Drinks cannot be in glass containers; Food 🍟 is allowed in the common areas, but only in plastic containers. Free 🚗 parking for up to one vehicle, rotating according to availability of spaces. Guest access The guest has access to the common areas mentioned above according to the condominium's hours of operation and rules. Other things to note - The condominium has internal regulations with rules for socializing and using common areas. - Common areas such as swimming pools and others are the sole responsibility of the local administration, having the autonomy to carry out maintenance and redefine the hours of operation if necessary. - I am Pet Friendly. I accept pets in my accommodation, as long as they are small. It is necessary to mark it on the reservation, and a Single Fee of R$ 100.00 will also be charged for the PET. The condominium does not allow pets in the common areas, only in the apartment; - The use of electric barbecues, cigarettes, vapers and other items that emit smoke in the apartment is prohibited, as it is equipped with a smoke/fire detector. - Room service must be requested by the guest directly at the reception. Cleaning is only carried out upon request and without the presence of pets in the apartment; - Snack bar and bar open every day with drinks, snacks, executives, etc. The Restaurant (buffet with breakfast and lunch) is open Saturday and Sunday in low season months, and every day in high season (July, December and January), opening hours and/or day may be redefined without prior notice. - Access to and operation of the river and swimming pools is subject to management, as it is a natural environment, and may require maintenance without prior notice.
