Relax in the backyard with grill, or explore nearby parks, grocery stores, attractions, and hospitals. A Tesla charger is included for your convenience. The space 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Three rooms have king beds, while one has a queen bed, all with high-quality mattresses. Each room is spacious, well-lit, and has ample storage. A dedicated workspace. Keyless entry. It is in a prime location, a safe community with many parks, greenery, walking trails, easy access to the freeway, grocery stores, hospitals, and local attractions. We strive to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience for all our guests. Other things to note We do have some basic house rules during your stay: 1. A one-time cleaning fee of $400 2. For stays longer than 30+ days, we have started providing mandatory light cleaning service at the property. We require you to use this service at least once a month which will cost you an additional $150 per cleaning. We will coordinate with you to schedule our housekeeping staff to come and do the basic cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this property clean. 3. Guests staying over 30+ days will be required to sign a lease agreement with a refundable deposit of $2000 4. There is a cap on Electricity and gas usage. If usage is more than $ 200, you will be charged for the difference. 5. Pet fee (non-refundable): $ 100/pet/month 6. Absolutely no subletting. 7. We take pride in keeping our guests' homes clean and will provide housekeeping service upon request. We expect our guests to do the same. 8. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations enforced by the city requirements and show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Parking in the garage and our driveway for three cars (tandem style) is available. You can always park your car on the street curb when you can. 9. Trash pickup day every Wednesday. No parking on the street on Wednesday between 6 am-4 pm. 10. We have a strict "no-smoking" of any kind policy inside the house 11. Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Remember to close the windows and lock the door. 12. Report any damages and breakages reasonably promptly. 13. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout. 14. SAFETY DEVICES: For the safety of our guests, we have four external security cameras installed at the property that are on 24/7. 15. We do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries during your stay with us.
