Renters are required to pay the association directly, In Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person (age 6 & up) per day, $40 per week, $100 per month (1-5 months) Off Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $6 per person (age 6 & up) per day (effective Aug. 1) Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20per vehicle Transaction Fee: $35 $10 for registration and payment made 5 or more days prior to arrival. Late Processing Fee: $25 for payment received 3 days or less from arrival date Rental registration must be made no less then 3-days prior to the arrival date. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. Guest access Arrowhead Lake Community offers 3 heated swimming pools, 2 lakes with multiple beach fronts for swimming, a clubhouse, fitness room, game room w/ pool tables, tennis & basketball courts, beach volleyball court and playgrounds for children. PARKING: Driveway (4 large vehicles) Other things to note Arrow lake is a gated community, you will need to stop at the main office to receive your key for entry, vehicle information will be kept at the office.
