It is close to the town center and Alberta Prairie Railway/Polar express. This is a 2-unit house with a basement suite with a separate entrance occupied by a long-term renter. Entrance to the basement is for emergency exit only or when laundry access needed. This house is built in 1965, floor may squeak.
