This is a two-bedroom suite on the main floor with a furnished kitchen, living room, and bathroom that you can use exclusively. It is located on the peaceful east part of the town. It is close to the town center and Alberta Prairie Railway/Polar express. This is a 2-unit house with a basement suite with a separate entrance occupied by a long-term renter. Entrance to the basement is for emergency exit only or when laundry access needed. This house is built in 1965, floor may squeak. The space Private bathroom, full access to kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has double size bed. Basement is unavailable and occupied by other guests.
