Other things to note * The apartment is located in downtown São Paulo, a vibrant and bustling area. Therefore, the presence of external noises, such as street sounds, cars and airplanes, is common. These noises are part of the city's dynamics and are independent of the property. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for sounds coming from areas outside the unit. * Extra bedding is only available for stays of 7 nights or more. * We do not provide cleaning services during the stay. If you wish, we can recommend a reliable maid. * External noise may occur due to construction in the neighborhood. * The entrance of visitors must be informed in advance for admittance at the entrance. • It is not possible to make check-in and check-out times more flexible.
