Welcome to our stunning short-term rental home! This spacious abode boasts 3 bedrooms, tall ceilings, and modern finishes, providing a stylish & comfortable stay. Located within walking distance of vibrant Tamm Avenue in St. Louis, you'll have easy access to a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bar options. Step inside and be greeted by the grandeur of tall ceilings that create a ton of natural light. With ample space in each of the 3 bedrooms, you & your guests can enjoy privacy & relaxation! The space The home is laid out on one floor with a master bedroom on your right with a large closet and private bathroom and right next to it is a bedroom with a queen bed. In the center of the home is the living room with tall, arching ceilings, and ample natural light. On the other side of the living room is a large bedroom with two queen beds and is connected to the second bathroom. The kitchen is on the far end of the home and is open to the dining area where you will find the kitchen table as well as the arcade game. Off the kitchen you will find a bonus all seasons room which makes for a great spot to sit and enjoy your coffee. Guest access The entire property and home is yours to access. Other things to note We welcome cat's and dogs with a cost of $50/per pet per stay. If you are traveling with more than one pet, please be aware that you will have to pay this fee for any additional pets beyond the first on the day of check in.
