Welcome to Captain's Quarters, a charming home in Friendship, ME built by a local boat builder. Book your stay today! The space Captain's Quarters is an entire home, custom-built in 1988. It is set back from the road on almost four acres of forested land. The front door opens into an entryway between the two garage bays. From the entryway, stairs lead into the kitchen on the main level. The kitchen connects into the dining room and a large living room with a vaulted ceiling. On this floor, there is a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom/office with a built in desk and an ergonomic chair, and a bathroom, all connected by a short hallway. From the hallway, you can head up another set of stairs to get to the third bedroom. This room is also quite spacious and has its own desk. From the dining room, you can exit the side door to the sunroom, where you'll find a daybed and a tea table. This room is perfect for your morning tea or coffee (with Bailey's if you like, we won't judge you!). You can also enter the house through this room by taking the stairs on the side of the house. Guest access You can access any part of the house except the boiler room, which is directly across from the front door of the entryway, and the supply closet, which is under the stairs that go up to the main level. There are many closets for storage, as well as lots of nooks and crannies to discover!
