Large entertainment space located in the first-floor den with ample room to cook in the modern kitchen. A few steps from leaving the home, you will be on the home’s private beach. A gated community offers an outdoor pool and clubhouse. Other things to note In an effort to keep costs down, this property does not provide linens, towels, wash cloths and hand towels. We like to give the guest the option to either bring their own or rent them from us if they would prefer. Please let me know if you would like us to supply the linen package after booking. Cost for this service is $200 total. ** The linen package includes- a top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, comforter, a towel & washcloth for each guest. The price is a TOTAL cost and not per person.
