Situated on the gorgeous, Indian River Bay a short drive to all that Bethany Beach has to offer, this incredible home is a beach and nature lover’s dream. Take in the views of the bay from any window in any of the 4 bedrooms or balconies this home boasts. Large entertainment space located in the first-floor den with ample room to cook in the modern kitchen. A few steps from leaving the home, you will be on the home’s private beach. A gated community offers an outdoor pool and clubhouse. The space The above ground basement entrance is home to a play area, couches, work desk, bar, half bath and tv area. The middle floor is where you will find all the common areas of the home, the large open plan allows for two separate dining areas, large full-service kitchen, living area with smart tv and boasts a large screened in porch for relaxing on those long summer days. Just off the kitchen area you have the half bath. This middle floor also has a large bedroom with Queen bed and full en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. Home has 2 pack and plays, one on the middle floor and one on the top floor. The third floor is where you will find the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with King bed features a huge en-suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity, it also features 2 balconies, one is a screened in four season balcony and the other is an open balcony for a nice area to sit and stare at the bay. The final 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed share the other full bathroom and they also share the room-to-room balcony facing Holts Landing State Park and the Indian Rive Bay Bridge. All beds will be dressed with clean linens for your visit (Except bunkbeds where present) linens for bunkbeds will just be placed on the beds, each guest will receive a towel set (1 Bath towel and 1 Washcloth) - Each bathroom will have a hand towel, and the kitchen will have a dish cloth. We do not supply beach towels. Home has a washer and dryer, please bring your preferred washing detergent. Bathrooms have hand soap, toilet rolls (2). Kitchens have a paper towel (1), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and sponges. This home is able to receive amazon packages and food deliveries. The pool and clubhouse fob is located on the key holder just outside the kitchen, please return before you leave, a $50 replacement fee is required for any lost or misplaced fobs. Garage is home to a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, a gas grill and some sporting equipment, an exact inventory of items is unknown. Guest access Codes and directions for checking in will go out the night before you arrive. Other things to note Please let the manager know if anything is not right. We want to fix issues that arise while you are here. If we read about them in the review, it does not allow us the opportunity to make things right and allow you to have a great vacation.
