Coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shops and parks are all within walking distance. Safe and walkable neighborhood! Take 1st avenue one way and the beach when you return! Parking is FREE and unassigned in the lot so anywhere is fine. You can drive, walk or beach buggy around. Also, plentiful amount of UBERs here. PARKING IS FREE- feel free to park anywhere as it is unassigned. Garbage and recycling bin are in the front of the lot.
