The space This quiet luxury two-bedroom, two-bath Condo is a perfect beachfront facility to enjoy the sun, sand, and fabulous amenities at a breathtaking getaway on the Gulfport/Biloxi, Mississippi coast. SLEEP: Bedroom 1: King-size bed and a twin-size Day bed Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed Kids /Utility Room: Twin-size bed Living Room: Queen-size sofa sleeper KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated). It includes a stainless steel electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, a Keurig single coffee maker, pots, pans, rice steamer, crock pot, silverware, dishes, mixing bowls, fridge with icemaker, and a few coffee condiments are included. GENERAL INFO: Free High-speed Wi-Fi, 65" Samsung TV with video streaming (no cable), floor-to-ceiling windows, personal washer & dryer inside the Condo, towels, & lines included with a few Tide pods available for laundry. A gas grill is available to use by the pool for all guests. Please note: I have not included shampoo & conditioner ( there are just too many to choose from and I worry about allergies). BEACH EQUIPMENT: Six beach towels, six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a large cooler, a beach wagon, and a few beach toys for the kids. PRIVATE BALCONY: Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or relax as the sunsets with your favorite adult beverage. FAQ: A Strict 6-person maximum headcount (this includes kids). You must sign a "house rules" document with security. No exceptions. The building has 24-HR Security on duty with security cameras throughout the property. There are NO cameras inside the Condo. Security does not have keys to the condo. I will send passcode access to you by email 2 days before check-in. No smoking and No pets allowed. Guest must be at least 25 years old to rent Condo. PARKING: Security will issue a maximum of 2 parking passes for the gated parking area. (No RVs, trailers, or buses allowed.) COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Indoor pool, with hot tub, Outdoor infinity pool, and fitness center. You and your family will want to make this Condo a regular vacation routine. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire Condo and all the amenities of Sienna on the Coast amenities. Other things to note Guests must adhere to the building management rules and guidelines.
