Our home is a breathtaking beachfront estate ideal for hosting beach-loving families! The waves will peacefully serenade your slumber. The beach is a sight of exceptional natural beauty! Unfortunately, per city mandate, Casablanca is no longer allowed to have events or short term rentals. Other things to note House Rules: 1. No events allowed. 2. Up to 5 cars is the maximum you may park inside the property, if you need extra parking, there is a public parking next to the house to the right of us, walking sidewalk distance and extremely close to us. 3. Absolutely no parking on the grass inside our property. We have sensors, lights and sprinkler systems that can potentially be damaged. 4. You are responsible for any outside trash, cleaning and pick up before leaving our premises. If it doesn’t fit inside the trash bins, there will be a $200.00 pick up trash fee. 5. The use of any dye materials or anything that can damage any part inside or outside of the property is strictly prohibited. Casablanca is a multimillion dollar property and it is exactly as the name (outside of the master bedroom and the suites) completely white, even floors. 6. No pets allowed in the premises at any time. There will be a $1,500 penalty fee, per day, if you brake this rule and bring a pet to the house. 7. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. 8. Must keep all entrance/exit doors closed at all times. It can potentially damage the AC otherwise. 9. Do not touch the AC settings 10. In the case of children, pls be aware there is glass in the house and children will need to be kept away from tables. There are 7 glass tables in total. 11. When using the beach, pls have you and your guests use the outside shower before entering the house or any of the showers or tub inside. Sand can potentially damage the plumbing. 12. Bulk or trash bags that do not fit in trash bins must be disposed by you or an extra $200 charge will be added to your bill. The city does not take any trash outside of bins in
