Check in is contactless. Though our area is predominantly residential, the bustling Downtown Palm Springs is just a breezy 10-minute drive away. There, a plethora of amenities await – from tantalizing restaurants and chic boutiques to vibrant art galleries and rich cultural experiences. Moreover, the vicinity boasts an array of outdoor activities including golf courses, hiking trails, and a myriad of other recreational adventures. Adding to the convenience, the Palm Springs International Airport is in close proximity, making travel seamless and effortless. This is an added boon for jet-setters and visitors, integrating accessibility with the serene and alluring atmosphere of our neighborhood. Guests have several options to get around: 1. Car Rentals: Renting a car is often the most convenient way to get around Palm Springs, especially for visiting places outside of the city like Joshua Tree National Park or other parts of Coachella Valley. 2. Rideshares/Taxis: Companies like Uber and Lyft operate in Palm Springs, as do traditional taxi services. These are useful for quick trips around town if you prefer not to drive. 3. Bicycles: Palm Springs is a bike-friendly city with many designated bike lanes and routes. You can rent a bike to explore the city at your own pace. 4. Public Transportation: The SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Palm Springs, with routes connecting various parts of the city. However, buses might not be as convenient for some tourists due to limited hours and frequency. 5. Walking: If you're staying downtown, many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Walking can be pleasant during the cooler months, but remember that Palm Springs can get very hot, especially in the summer. 6. Scooters: Some areas of Palm Springs also have electric scooters for rent, which can be a fun way to get around. Pool heater • The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Maintenance • Our pool technician cleans our pool Tuesday and Friday mornings. • Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. • Walk up trash service is taken Thursday mornings. • All services are for your added convenience and will not both you throughout you stay. Desert living • This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool. Pet friendly • We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet ** We just ask that you take your dog with you if you go out or keep it in a create- as all the furniture is brand new and we’d hate for it to get ruined Early Check In/Late Check Out Are dependent upon availability. Max 4 cars • Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m • All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. No dogs allowed in pool • Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both • Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
