It is part of the larger Coachella Valley area, which is known for its golf courses, hot springs, and outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking and horseback riding. The neighborhood is going through redevelopment and retains a culturally diverse community today. Guests have several options to get around: 1. Car Rentals: Renting a car is often the most convenient way to get around Palm Springs, especially for visiting places outside of the city like Joshua Tree National Park or other parts of Coachella Valley. 2. Maintenance • Our pool technician cleans our pool Tuesday and Friday mornings. • Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. • Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. • All services are for your added convenience and will not both you throughout you stay. Desert living • This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool. Pet friendly • We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet ** We just ask that you take your dog with you if you go out or keep it in a create- as all the furniture is brand new and we’d hate for it to get ruined Early Check In/Late Check Out Are dependent upon availability.
