The other bedroom has two single beds, a shared bedside table, and two wardrobes. Both bedrooms have fans and air conditioning (hot/cold). The living room is spacious and has air conditioning (hot/cold), a dining table with four comfortable chairs, a sofa (not suitable for sleeping), and a smart TV with cable service. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove (with gas detector), coffee maker, electric kettle, and a table with two chairs. Utensils such as knives, forks, plates, glasses, a frying pan, a pot, etc., are included to accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is complete with a bidet, an air extractor, and a high-quality shower with excellent water pressure and temperature. The apartment is located in a modern building and has its own parking space. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment and the garage.
