All standard rooms have KING beds and the bunk room has Queen beds. Bedroom 1 - This bright upstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, large private bathroom, TV, and is styled with natural wood tones. Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed, ample closet space, and is styled with light wood tones. Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes a king sized bed and is furnished w/ dark wood tones for a moody vibe. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom feels like a second master bedroom; it includes a king sized bed, TV, a desk/work station and plenty of space! Bedroom 5 - This is the bunk room! Custom QUEEN bunks were built with adults in mind! *All bedrooms have full length mirrors! *All of our mattresses are from Sheets & Giggles, a luxury sheet and mattress company founded in Denver, Colorado. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find three fully stocked bathrooms with large mirrors, hotel-grade towels and all the essentials! All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap! ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the large fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances. There are four stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living, dining, and outside areas. The perfect experience for the entire family! There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal as a group. The main dining table is huge and there is also a massive outdoor dining table available. The entire main floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. ☆☆ THE "GARAGE" ☆☆ The garage has a newly installed pool table, as well as a 4-person infrared sauna. It also has a full gym with a squat rack, dumbbells of various weights, and a full length mirrors. Plus games for kids and the entire family! ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ Just out the back sliding door you will find a Webber gas BBQ, massive outdoor dining table, seating around a fire pit, games including volleyball, and a brand new hot tub. There is also ample off street parking directly in front of the house. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a smart keypad lock on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Please note that we have security/doorbell cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. Your privacy is a top priority! Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to smoke 10' away from the home. Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $500 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Wednesday or mid-week. They recommend not using the hot tub 6 hours after each cleaning if you have sensitive skin. - Lawn Care & Landscaping: This crew visits every week, typically on Tuesday. They do not need access to the home. - The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning but sometimes on Wednesday. Our team will put the cans on the curb for you :) Registration Details 002058
