Other things to note ❖ CLEANING: • Our property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to ensure your safety. • Household cleaning supplies are provided including laundry detergent. ❖ HOUSE RULES: • Primary renter must be 18+ years old • Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM. Please keep noise down during these hours to keep a peaceful neighborhood. • No smoking inside the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if smoking rules are violated. • The host must approve any visitors. Visitors may not stay overnight and must leave before quiet hours begin to not incur an extra guest fee. • Zero tolerance policy for parties, gatherings, or unapproved visitors. If you wish to have visitors during your stay you must inform the host. Individuals not on the reservation may not stay on the property overnight or past quiet hours even if approved. Any parties or gatherings will trigger an immediate cancellation without refund through Airbnb. • Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti. •We provide an electric bbq and do not allow any open flames, fire pits, or charcoal / propane BBQs. •Chimney is not for use. ❖ DOG OWNERS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL RULES: • To pay the pet fee of $100 • Dogs should be leashed at all times unless they are inside the house or fenced in backyard • Owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin • In addition to our pet fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog.
