Located only 10 minutes from downtown Sedro-Woolley. 15 minutes from I-5 Our house sits on 1 acre. My wife and I spent the last year working weekends building our shop with the 2 bedroom ADU. We put everything into this place. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and porch access. There’s a table and 2 chairs to take in the morning sun sipping on your coffee. There’s a Bbq and 4 seat table at ground level under covered area. Just installed 2 phase ev charger. 50 amp service. 38 mile per charge hour. Access to apartment, but shop is not available. we're always available. either through app, text or call Neighborhood has been great. Never had any issues. As you pull in, stay to the right. Go past the shop and there’s a parking spot between the shop and white park model. You’ll see the stairs leading up to the apartment.
