This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the main floor of a house, on west end Prince Street in Truro, Nova Scotia. It offers a comfortable and convenient stay for your visit. It is a short walk to get to the Superstore, GoodLife Fitness, Golf Club, Truro Mall, downtown, and the NSCC. If you're touring, this is a great spot to stay in between visits to Halifax or Cape Breton, and it's about a 5 minute drive to get to the highway from here. License# STR2526D7460 The space The pictures are current as of May 29th, 2024. My family has owned this property for many years, and it's only recently that we've expanded to offering it on Airbnb. As such, we'll be adding more to it as time goes on. There's a queen sized bed in each bedroom. An Ikea sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping space for families. Please let us know in advance if you'll require bedding for the sofa bed , as it is not left on site. The kitchen area has a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, and toaster/toaster oven. It has Paderno cookware, and a variety of dinnerware. The living room has a flat screen TV with Roku access. There's also a 450 ft2 rated air conditioner in this room to keep the summer heat down. To help with air distribution, we've added a Vornado fan to the kitchen, and a Woozoo fan to each bedroom. There's free wi-fi available for all guests to use, and ample parking in the back of the property. Guest access You'll have complete access to the main floor of the house. Please use the back door for entering and exiting. The front door is meant as a fire escape only. Other things to note We are open to extended stays of 28+ days for visitors staying or working in the area. Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the premises for escort services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbance to residents and/or other guests, will be charged a fine of $500 plus any applicable cleaning fees, costs of any cancelled bookings and costs to replace damaged items. By booking with us, your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions is considered as being given. Any guest that breaches the house rules that they agreed to upon booking, will be reported to Airbnb, and may result in the guest's stay being cancelled and not refunded.
