Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Open floor plan includes living/dining/kitchen areas - all with ocean views - Sofas and additional seating; TV - Dining table - Patio doors open to the oceanfront patio KITCHEN: - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major and small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) HALF BATHROOM OUTDOOR LIVING: - Front patio with seating that overlooks the boardwalk and beach - Propane gas BBQ grill for sunset cookouts UPPER LEVEL: Moving up the half flight of stairs, you will find both bedrooms & 2 bathrooms: BEDROOMS: - Bedroom #1 (Primary): king bed; TV; en-suite bathroom (tub and shower) - Bedroom #2: two twin beds BATHROOMS: - Bedroom #1's en-suite: Tub and Shower - 2nd Level Hallway bath: tub/shower combo - 1st Level ½ Bath EXTRA SLEEPING: Two twin tri-fold floor mats (best suited for children), a fold-out couch, extra linens/pillows, are provided to accommodate the unit's maximum occupancy. Extra rollaway twin beds are available for rent as a better option for adults. Make arrangements in advance with our office to enable delivery in time for your arrival. LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival. ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - heating; tower fans - starter supplies: 3-n-1 shampoo, liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner) DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. LAUNDRY: Free facilities inside the unit. Guests must provide their own supplies. PARKING: - 2 tandem spaces designated for this unit in carport and single subterranean garage (on right hand side). - CAUTION: EXTREMELY LOW OVERHEAD CLEARANCE. Large vehicles VANS and SUV's WILL NOT FIT. - General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood (metered, unmetered and pay-station) - Keep all vehicles and valuables locked at all times. ALSO: The similarly-arranged upstairs 3 bedroom unit can also be booked simultaneously, when available, to accommodate larger family or business groups on the entire property. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, and much more! Contact us for more information! CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
