LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival. ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - heating; tower fans - starter supplies: 3-n-1 shampoo, liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner) DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. LAUNDRY: Free facilities inside the unit. Guests must provide their own supplies. PARKING: - 2 tandem spaces designated for this unit in carport and single subterranean garage (on right hand side). - CAUTION: EXTREMELY LOW OVERHEAD CLEARANCE. Large vehicles VANS and SUV's WILL NOT FIT. - General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood (metered, unmetered and pay-station) - Keep all vehicles and valuables locked at all times.
