Wood burning fireplace inside to cozy up to, wood burning fire pit outside to enjoy, and the HOA allows bonfires on the private beach ask me for a copy of the rules. 2 inflatable 4 person hot tubs are in the laundry area perfect for all season use! Full kitchen stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils, oversized refrigerator with freezer, full sized electric oven with 4 stovetop burners. The hot tubs require an ambient temperature over 50 degrees. Please reach out to confirm if the conditions are likely to be suitable for them to be functional for you. Confirmed reservations will trigger a door code that will be active from checkin time and deactivate at checkout time. I will text you when you reserve and again closer to your arrival date. Gorgeous private HOA area with stunning mansions and the summer homes of the whose who of Chicago. This private road is beautiful to walk. The beach is literally across the street, you can see the cobblestone path across the street from the front bedroom window and hear the pounding surf and the beautiful beach. It is a brisk walk into town, but a 5 minute drive into town. A local Uber driver is happy to drive you if you want to contact her directly for pickup from the New Buffalo Amtrak platform, pickup/drop off at airports, or any type of ride at all. Her name is Rose and I am happy to share her number if you'd like. If you have bicycles you might want to bring them it's a beautiful 10 minute bike ride from the house into town. The private beach across the street requires you to bring the Beach Flag. Plant the Beach Flag in your area on the beach so the HOA knows you are my honored guests. Please remember to bring the Beach Flag back. There is a $300 fee for a lost/missing Beach Flag. Please ensure the Beach Flag is by the front door when you checkout so the cleaning crew can acknowledge that it is there. Please do not put sandy feet/body in the hot tubs. Please rinse off all sand before entering the hot tubs. Sand will damage the hot tub motors.
