Mini kitchen w/ small fridge, hot/cold BOTTLED water (no running water), microwave and Keurig. Potty is incinerator toilet. Living space with massage chair, huge smart TV and Futon sofa, and French Doors for when the weather is nice. "Kitchen" area has small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig for your coffee/tea, a Primo water cooler with hot and cold water (no running water). There is salt/pepper and some spices. Kitchen towels and potholders, real plates/cups as well as paper (plastic silverware, some sharp knives). Sleeping loft (ladder accessible) with an air mattress. Has infrared heat, an electric fireplace, and baseboard heat. Commode is an incinerator toilet. Entire space is yours. Property is on a lock box. We live about an hour and a half away, but can be reached by phone in case of emergencies. Cell reception is intermittent AT the property, but strong just a few hundred yards away. Wifi internet is provided, which will allow for wifi calls.
