Pet Rules: • Please keep pets off all furniture. • Pets should not be left unattended outside or left alone in the home. • Kindly clean up after your pets during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you and your pets! Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles (depending on vehicle size). Street parking is not allowed per county regulations. Important – This is NOT a party home: If you plan to violate any house rules, including but not limited to: -Smoking inside or outside the home -Any drug use, legal or illegal -Underage drinking -Exceeding quiet hours -Exceeding occupancy or vehicle limits …please do not book this property. While we do not enjoy asking guests to leave, the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors is our top priority. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules without refund. This is a quiet neighborhood, and all guests are expected to respect the house rules and quiet hours.
