The house sits on the edge of the community with a small front and back yard. Newly remodeled kitchen hosts sleek appliances and bar seating at the peninsula. Family room is extremely welcoming with an extra large, stylish sectional sofa. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a bonus office/lounge space. We look forward to hosting you! The space This historic home has been fully renovated, yet still retains gobs of charm! Large enough to host 7 guests, yet still cozy and relaxing. Located on the edge of Dickeyville, a historic site since the 1700's - this is a perfect spot for leisurely walks along the cobblestone roads to get a glimpse of the quaint gardens and slate-roofed homes. Inside, you are going to love the newly renovated kitchen ready for full meal prep or simply heating up some take-out. The first floor has ample space to relax and connect with each other; or simply sit in the chaise lounge and read a book. Upstairs, you will first find a bedroom that was designed with the little ones in mind, but elevated enough to comfortably sleep adults. We have furnished the rooms with some toys and games; as well as an area to sit and read. Next, you will see another bedroom with a queen size bed that feels very natural and relaxing. The vintage hall bathroom is perfectly situated for guests in these two rooms. Entering the primary suite area, you will first see the bonus office/lounge room with a large desk, TV and chaise lounges. This is a perfect dedicated office space during the day and an area to relax and watch a movie in the evenings. Finally, the large primary bedroom includes a queen size bed, a dresser and a bench. There is a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom for you to enjoy as the primary guest. Guest access You will have access to the entire space. Other things to note The house is 2 stories with one main staircase. There are also 7 steps to get up the property from the street. Parking is on the neighborhood street in front of the house.
