Located on Shuswap Lake, our waterfront cottage is truly a haven for those seeking both relaxation & adventure. With a large dock for swimming and a buoy for your boat, whether you desire a peaceful retreat or an action-packed vacation, our cottage offers the perfect balance. Bring your BOAT kayaks or borrow our SUPs and come to have fun! If your group has more than 4 people, or an extra pet, contact us to see if we can accommodate you. The space This gorgeous little cottage on the lakefront has been recently remodeled so everything is fresh and new! BRING YOUR BOAT!!! The wide open main floor has your dining, kitchen and living room/bedroom, and of course the 3 piece bathroom. A custom kitchen with large sink and a fridge/freezer for your beverages and food makes it easy to prep your meals. Lots of storage on the open shelves and in the cupboards for your goodies, plus we make it easy to cook in your home with a microwave, 2 portable induction cooktops, Ninja 9in1 Air Fryer, pots pans, etc. Added Bonus: Propane BBQ outside on the Deck - and a Bar top dining area overlooking the Lake with an Umbrella with solar powered lights. Tired of watersports or the weather is not ideal...A 50" television is set up with Netflix and Prime - you can sign into your own accounts and then delete the access at the end of your stay. Some simple board games and playing cards are also in the cottage for anyone who wants to play. If you are choosing to do some work while you play,WiFi is available via Starlink. We don't have a separate work station, but sitting on the dock , at the dining table or the bar top on the deck can substitute nicely. SLEEPING - We all have to do it sometime right? If there are only 2 occupants, you have a choice - main floor will be on on a brand new Queen Sofa Bed - easy to pull out and set up. OR choose to sleep upstairs where we have 2 twin beds that can be pulled together and set up as a KING bed. If choosing the King Bed, please make sure you let us know so we can set it up for you. Guest access You will have full enjoyment of the Cottage - no one will be sharing your home! Park right next to the cottage so it is easy to unload your gear and your groceries. There is ample parking for vehicles and for your boat trailer as well. The only shared space will be on the dock. You are welcome to enjoy the dock as much as you want with 4 Adirondack Chairs and a large umbrella there is enough space for everyone to enjoy. However, when we are on the dock, we do hope to be able to use at least two of the chairs for ourselves but we will respect your space as well. Other things to note If bringing your own boat, it can be launched at the Anglemont Marina and you can hook it up to a buoy at the end of our dock during your stay. Take advantage of the amenities at the marina while you are launching - fill up on fuel and check out the little store for forgotten items (liquor store,snacks, etc) Registration Details Provincial registration number: H778306277
