It is 11 km from the American embassy or 25-35 minutes by car. The space The loft is on the second floor of a 4-story residential building. It has no elevator. It was built in 2023. It has a double bed, dining room, closet, smart TV with 90 channels, dining bar for two people, equipped kitchen (with utensils especially for cooking, coffee maker with good Colombian coffee included.) The bathroom is spectacular and its hot water shower will make your experience a pleasure. We provide the bathroom with shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. If you have children or pets, the park is literally two steps away from the house. Its entrance is by means of an electronic lock which guarantees that you can check in at any time of the day. Access to the washing and drying area will be included for reservations longer than 7 nights, otherwise you can access by paying a value of 20,000 Colombian pesos for 3 hours of use. In front of the property, you will have access to a beautiful public park with 2 soccer or volleyball courts and an outdoor gym. We have balls that you can use at no cost to take advantage of the park. Other things to note Points of Interest: -El Dorado Airport. It is 15 to 25 minutes away by vehicle. -Coliseo MedPlus Bogotá, is very close less than 15 minutes by vehicle. -The American Embassy is close, 11 kilometers away, and it can take 30 to 35 minutes by vehicle.
