The space The duplex apartment is composed as follows: on the 1st floor of the villa you will find a large living room with sofas and TV, a dining area with a table for up to 10 people, and a kitchen complete with all appliances, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed in the second bedroom, a travel cot always available, 1 full bathroom with shower. Through a large internal staircase, for the exclusive use of the apartment, you can access the 2nd floor, where you will find the third family bedroom (suite) suitable for up to 4 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (on request, the possibility of adding the second single bed) and a crib, the 2nd full bathroom with bathtub, reserved and directly connected to the suite, a work-study station with desk and a table with chairs. In the dressing room, you will find the washing machine and iron. All rooms in the house are heated and equipped with air conditioning. The large and private terrace of about 100 square meters that develops on 3 sides of the house, is ideal for a relaxing stay, for cheerful outdoor lunches and dinners with friends and/or family, where even children can give vent to their freedom surrounded by the colors of the surrounding nature.
