Cozy Coastal Oasis in Port Richey Welcoming cozy retreat is a peaceful location for you to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. This beachy oasis is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and located on a saltwater lagoon that leads out to the Gulf of Mexico, so bring your paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy your favorite outdoor water activity. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Restaurants and Grocery stores 5-10 minutes away! A bedroom has a queen bed with new soft, cozy bedding for a good nights sleep. A smart TV is provided to stream your favorite shows and large closet with a luggage rack for all your belongings. This homey oasis has an open concept floor plan complete with a quaint kitchen that is outfitted with all your necessities for a weekend getaway or a long holiday vacation. Depending on your choice we have a Keurig Coffee station that will make either a full pot or just a single cup. Adjacent from the kitchen is the living and dining space. The living area is furnished with a leather sofa that turns into a comfy queen sized sleeper and also has a smart TV. The dining area is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or take a walk outside to the patio table to appreciate the great outdoor views. The spacious bathroom has a large walk in shower, there are plenty of towels in bathroom cabinet and additional sheets and pillows in closets. Check yourself in with a keypad Guests have full access to the cozy oasis, side patio, jacuzzi, pool deck, and more! Wifi access info is located in the welcome binder and displayed on the little black chalkboard. Beach towels are provided for the shared pool/jacuzzi area, please no glass allowed in the pool area. Freshly filtered water is available throughout home. Family Neighborhood No smoking or vaping is allowed on site. No pets are allowed. Basic initial supplies are provided, but will not be replenished during the rest of your stay. Supplies are paper and soap products, garbage bags, coffee, tea, sugars, salt and pepper and a variety of oils and spices. Linens are also supplied, if necessary, more can be replenished.
