Guest access ArtEast Nashville is in a very walkable neighborhood with city bus service at the front door. We offer free off-street parking and Uber and Lyft are always in the area. Other things to note ArtEast Nashville is a professionally-managed extended-stay hospitality business in Nashville, TN. Our minimum stay is 30 days. We do not offer short term vacation rentals. Please note that access to our property is available only for the individuals registered prior to check-in. We ask that you do not bring other visitors onto the property grounds unless they agree to register and pay online through the Airbnb online portal. REQUIREMENTS FOR GUEST STAY: 1) All guests of ArtEast Nashville must be at least 18 years old unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian (and booking private non-shared accommodations). 2) Each guest must currently reside at least 60 miles OUTSIDE of Nashville Davidson County, TN with ID proving you reside outside the area. Sorry we are unable to accommodate local residents. 3) Each guest is required to show a valid foreign passport OR US driver’s license or a US State issued ID . We DO NOT accept US passports. We do not accept 3rd party reservations. The reservation holder must be one of the guests checking in to our property. NEED TO CANCEL? We adhere to and follow Airbnb's long term cancellation policy. Please review the cancellation policy so you are aware of your options should you need to cancel for any reason. In general, no reservation is ever fully refundable. All cancellations must be submitted through Airbnb and we are not able to make exceptions to the stated cancellation policy. If you believe your cancellation falls under Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy, you may be able to seek a full refund by contacting Airbnb customer service.
