A stunning apartment located just a stone's throw from the famous Los Locos beach. Unlike most beachside apartments in the city, this one offer access to a community pool (open during high season). The location is surrounded by several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. The beach boasts a play area for young children and, for the more adventurous, a short walk will take you to private coves and cliffs - ideal spots for snorkelling. Here you have it all. The space This apartment offers a serene and comfortable sanctuary. Upgraded in 2025, it boasts a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and basin. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a small freezer, a stove, a hob, and a washing machine. The open-plan dining and living area features a table accommodating four individuals, a sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV for streaming services like Netflix and HBO(also spanish channels). Accessible through large glass sliding doors from the living area, the balcony provides a charming setting with a small coffee table and chairs for relaxation. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both including built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, in addition to the air condition. Controlled through a wall display, the apartment is equipped with a built-in air conditioning unit. Situated on the second floor of a five-story building, this apartment affords a view of a tranquil side street from its small balcony. Additionally, an elevator is conveniently available on-site.
