Ninotaira Onsen is part of the Hakone Hot Spring Village. Although it is a relatively new spring, having been drilled in 1963, it plays a significant role within the long history and culture of Hakone's hot springs. Ninotaira Onsen is a composite spring of sodium-chloride, bicarbonate, and sulfate. It is known for smoothing the skin and is famed as the "Beauty Spring." Cherished as a hot spring cure resort, it is also effective for fatigue recovery and improving sensitivity to cold. Located within the historic Hakone Hot Spring Village, which has continued since the Edo period, and in close proximity to cultural facilities such as the Hakone Open-Air Museum, this stay offers the luxury of healing both mind and body while being immersed in nature and art. Early check-in or late check-out is limited to a maximum of 1 hour before/after the standard times. Please understand that depending on the schedule of previous/next guests and cleaning availability, we may not be able to fulfill your request. (Not available during major holidays such as Year-End/New Year, Golden Week, Obon holidays.) ■ Complimentary Parking Available Space for 2 cars is available within the property grounds. (If the car is large, only 1 car can be parked.) For guests arriving with 3 or more cars, please contact us for information on nearby paid parking lots. Please refrain from parking on the street as it causes inconvenience to the neighbors. ■ BBQ Equipment Rental The rental fee for BBQ equipment (BBQ grill, 3kg charcoal, fire starter, tongs, lighter, table, chairs) is ¥5,000 (price change effective November 1, 2023). The rental fee will be requested via Airbnb after use; your approval is required. BBQ is only possible on the terrace, and may not be available depending on weather conditions (heavy rain or strong wind). After use, please tidy up minimally and ensure the fire is completely extinguished. Charcoal is provided for one session only. For guests staying consecutive nights who require additional charcoal, please purchase it at nearby convenience stores, etc. ■ Information on Nearby Supermarkets, etc. There are no shopping facilities within walking distance. We ask that you either dine in the vicinity (around Gora Station) before checking in, or prepare ingredients beforehand. There are no supermarkets nearby. Over time, you will likely grow accustomed to it, finding yourself in a pleasant environment that soothes both mind and body.
