Our address is minutes from the American Consulate and is located 500 meters from the Brooklin subway, which will connect you to any part of the city in a few minutes. The Space: Our space is totally reserved and designed to make you feel more at home, whether for a few days or for a longer stay. It has a full kitchen equipped with a stove and all utensils for preparing meals, a microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. Full-size bed with full bedding, pillows and blankets/comforter for those colder days. Air-conditioning, TV with smart function and internet available. Bathroom with gas-heated shower and hairdryer. And finally, a delightful balcony to enjoy breakfast or that late afternoon. Enjoy! Location: - 6-minute drive (20-minute walk) from the American Consulate; - 20 minutes by car to Congonhas Airport; - 5-minute walk to the Brooklin subway; - 15-minute drive to Transamérica Expocenter; - 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot from Morumbi Shopping. Other things to note Important Points: - Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and Check-out until 11:00 a.m. - Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on the availability of the property. An additional half-day fee may apply for check-ins from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and check-outs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Departure after 6 p.m. will require booking an additional night. - 24-hour parking 150 meters from the site (R$ 30.00 per day). - Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send the 'House Guide' with all the necessary instructions to make your stay as comfortable as possible. - Your reservation includes 1 cleaning fee, if you want additional cleaning during your stay or daily housekeeping we offer this service at an additional cost, contact us for more information. - Your pet is welcome in our accommodation, contact us for more information about the additional fee. - The common areas announced are subject to interdiction for maintenance or other similar reasons, defined exclusively by the condominium administration, even if they are occasional and infrequent. - The laundry room is for collective use; if you wish to use it, a fee is charged through the app. - Bed or bath linens with any stains that require special washing will be charged a fee of R$ 20 per piece and R$ 80 for a duvet. - 24-hour concierge for your security and convenience.
