This 24/7 doorman, high-rise, is located at the ocean edge with amazing views. Steps away from City Centre Mall, Brickell restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, 15 minutes Uber ride from the Airport, Cruise Terminal and South Beach attractions. The space The apartment will be all yours! Sleeping arrangement Bedroom 1: a king bed Bedroom 2: a king bed and a couch Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) Living room: 2 air mattresses Please know we are here to help you. If you have any issues during your stay such as cleaning, pest control, or maintenance, please allow 24 hours for us to attempt to solve them. CLEANING Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there is any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away. We can send a cleaner to the unit at no cost to you. PEST CONTROL Bugs and pests are a pain, especially here in Florida. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter through an open door or cracked window. Please do not worry, the pest control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it. MAINTENANCE All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and furniture will at one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help. Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged, or something could stop working. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee these incidents, but we can fix them. Important Notice: Please be aware that the building management has implemented a mandatory dress code for all common areas. Short-term tenants are required to dress appropriately, meaning shirts for men and modest attire for women. This rule has been enforced to maintain a respectful environment for all residents, including families living in the building. The building association has stated that violations of this dress code will result in penalties, which will be charged to the respective units. Any penalties incurred due to non-compliance will be passed on to the guest responsible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Guest access The building administration needs the full name of every guest, photo of their ID (passport if you’re not from the US, or driver’s license or similar if you are) and an email address. We can’t see the IDs or emails you sent to Airbnb, so please send them in the “contact host” (message thread). We can’t access IDs or emails submitted to Airbnb directly. Once a guest is registered, the building only allows it to be changed for a $52 fee. After we have your ID and email and you’re registered, a link to sign the electronic acknowledgment will be sent to you. Thank you for your cooperation! The apartment will be all yours! For your convenience, the front desk of the building offers luggage storage services should you need to leave your bags before check-in or after check-out. Please note that this service is subject to availability and incurs a fee of $5 per piece of luggage for collection before 5 p.m. For pickups after 5 p.m., the fee is $10 per piece of luggage. You’ll have one parking space for FREE in the parking garage inside the building. The only spot we have is in a high floor, and it may be a little tight getting there and parking depending on the size of your vehicle. Drive with care. Clearance is 6’-2”. You’ll be able to access it after registering with the front desk, the front desk will show you how to enter the garage and where to park. In the heart of Miami, in Brickell, you'll have access to all amenities available in the building: Pool, game room, FREE parking (for one car), gym. Opening hours of the amenities (as of September 2021): . Pool: 7am to 8pm. . Game room: 7am to 11pm. . Gym: 24 Hours except the weight room: 8am to 11pm. If you have an extra car, you may use the valet (subject to availability, cash only!): Up to 1 hour = $4 1-4 hours = $8 4 or more = $10 Overnight = $15 (12am in, 10am out) SUV $30 Lost ticket $30 Open 7am-12am, Monday to Sunday. (Rates can change without notice). Pool, gym and game room (they’re subject to availability) are on the 14th floor. You’ll have 1 (one) physical FOB and 1 (one) physical key available after you register with the front desk. The building’s rules only allow one physical FOB per apartment. EXTRA FOB (virtual): If you need extra FOBs (to use the elevator or unlock some doors in the building) beyond the one provided in the apartment (which is free for you to use), the front desk charges a fee to activate a FOB on your phone. Last I checked, it was $10 per phone, but please check for any updates. Remember it’s a service provided by the building and depends on their availability, we have no control over this system. EXTRA KEY (virtual): Also, if you’d like to access the apartment door using your phone, you can install the August app for free. Let us know the phone number associated with your account, and you’ll be able to lock and unlock the apartment door with your phone. To access Wi-Fi, please look for “Fission Wi-Fi by Hotwire” on your smart device’s list of available networks. Select it to connect. When prompted for a password, enter “cabb1200”. Other things to note Please note: the building has scheduled HVAC maintenance on Tuesday, February 10, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the air conditioning will be temporarily unavailable. Please make sure the AC in the apartment is turned off by 5:00 am and kept off until we let you know it can be turned back on. We will notify you as soon as the system is restored. Thank you very much for your understanding. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. 📫 ONLINE PURCHASES: You are strictly NOT allowed to receive any packages, mail, deliveries, or any items at the building. *We don’t provide washcloths, as we consider them personal hygiene items.* Remember to take out the trash daily to avoid attracting insects. Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper. Help us keep the plumbing working well for everyone. Thank you so much for your understanding and care! Please note that we’re unable to store any personal items. Any belongings left behind and not retrieved before the next check-in will be disposed of. The TV is a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps. Please use your account in one of the available apps on the TV. Air conditioner: 70 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 70 F, don’t put the the air conditioner’s temperature below 70 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down. This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on AirBnb through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your AirBnb host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc. Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk. WIFI only is provided for our guests. This place is not specifically adapted for unusually big or small people, individuals with medical conditions, special sensitivities, or of any particular age. Please note that noise levels, temperature, odors, and other characteristics of the location have not been designed to prevent the activation or worsening of any health-related issues, whether pre-existing or not, or any sensitivities. There are cleaning products in the property, accessible to the guests. If you are coming with minors or people with a disability, please be sure they do not access these materials. We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place. Florida warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding. Please be advised that all furnishings and items within the property, as shown in our listing photos, are subject to change. They may differ or may not be present/available during your stay. This includes all furniture, decorations, and any other items. We do not assume responsibility for these variations, and no refunds or compensations will be issued in relation to them. The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. We are not responsible for anything off of our property and no refund will be issued for weather, issues with city owned beach or roads, or events and crowds that disrupt a guest's stay. Further, we have our home on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule but that does not guarantee that guests will not encounter insects or other wildlife and any such encounter is not grounds for refund. We are a strict "no refund" vacation rental, this means if there is an issue with the home that makes the home uninhabitable, guests may check out and receive a refund for any unused nights but if the guest has an issue with the home but still chooses to remain in the home there will be no refund issued for any reason. Please note that the pool and other amenities are subject to availability and may be closed at the discretion of the building management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that these closures are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them. We are unable to offer compensation or resolution for any such closures. If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know a few days in advance so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipment. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper and other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
