Keeping attention on detail, this apartment was recently historically refurbished and is less than a mile away from the Majestic Falls. Located on one of the oldest and nicest blocks in Niagara Falls, this apartment is walking distance to the NF State Park and Falls. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, upper porch, dining room, one full bathroom, full working kitchen, off street parking rear of the property, and WiFi. The space The rental was recently renovated to meet historic guidelines as it is in a historically protected area. The space is clean and bright with comfortable areas to relax including an outdoor balcony porch. The Falls is only a few minutes away. Note to guests: We want you to have a great stay with us, and as you can see from our many reviews, people are pleased with choosing our rental for cleanliness, comfort and good neighborhood. We like to be upfront about our listings so guests are aware of what to expect - There is another unit below this apartment (it is an upper/lower duplex, with this rental being the upper one), so there is a good chance of noise from the 100 year old creaky hardwood floors. In the past there has been some confusion as to the type of rental this is. It is a private apartment, "a rented apartment within a multi-unit residential building or complex". Guest access Guests enter via the main front door which has an electronic access pad. From the inside door on the right, guests head up the stairs to the rental. This apartment is on the UPPER floor. Other things to note This rental is on an upper floor so there are steps to get to it. We do not have cable TV available but there is access to a smart TV where you can log in to your own streaming services. Parking is available in the rear of the rental.
