This spacious, modern detached family home is perfectly placed for visiting local tourist destinations such as Bath, Bristol, Wells, Glastonbury, Frome, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills. We are also close to private schools such as Downside, Monkton Combe and Wells Cathedral School. The space The house has 3 bedrooms available - one family room with double bed and bunk beds, one double room and one further room with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with bath and thermostatic shower over, and a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave and everything you need to cook a nice supper. The dining room seats eight people. There is a lounge with 3 sofas and is the perfect place to relax, watch Netflix on the 48" smart TV, play on the Wii or make use of some of the provided games or reading material. There is also a music room with grand piano for those musically inclined. Outside there is an enclosed private garden with summer house and patio furniture. There is a regular bus service on the doorstep to Bath, Bristol or Frome for those wanting some car-free time. There is off-street parking for two cars and plenty of on-street parking too. Guest access You will have the whole house, using three of the four bedrooms, plus the fully enclosed rear garden and summer house. All the bedrooms are upstairs.
