Spread out and unwind. ~ large outdoor space with room to picnic and bbq The space The “Dance Studio” was originally an expansive and beautiful studio built for dancers. It was then converted into artist studios and has since been renovated into a 2000 sq ft home with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and hardwood floors throughout. ~Location~ - 7 minutes to town of Mendocino and 7 minutes to Fort Bragg - Property borders Russian Gulch State Park - 5 minutes to Caspar Beach - 5 minutes to Jug Handle Headlands and beach -10 minutes to Big River State Park, Mendocino Headlands, restaurants, and groceries stores -15 minutes to famous Glass Beach - Property is located on the same road as many popular mountain bike trails , and a very nice waterfall hike in Russian Gulch ~The Space~ - 2000 sq ft -Pet friendly (with pet fee) -Private area and yard. You’ll have the space to yourself. -There is one extra-large bedroom which has an extremely comfortable four post queen size bed. There is also small child size futon which folds down into a small bed in the bedroom - Loads of extra blankets throughout - The bedroom is open to its own private sunroom. Beautiful custom made French doors that connect the bedroom and sunroom to the rest of the house. -The sunroom area has a daybed -The living room is expansive, has books,TV, and board games - We have provided a desk with a lamp and a few office supplies should you need a work space - Extra comfy double size futon which converts into a bed sleeps 2 -The kitchen is stocked with water filter, cooking supplies, and coffee making supplies - yoga mats provided -1.5 bathrooms -There is ample parking, space for RV, and turnaround space. -There is a nice outdoor area where friends and family can gather and eat at the picnic table or play bocce ball. ~The decor gives a warm welcoming feel to the entire space, and we hope you come to stay and enjoy it! Guest access The whole main house and driveway and yard area is for guest access. Other things to note We ❤️ pets! However, If your traveling with a pet, please be sure first look at and agree with the pet policy, and then be sure to include the pet on your reservation under number of pets. Please note we accept up to 2 dogs. Other pets or additional numbers allowed with prior approval. Just shoot a message! There is a friendly cat who visits the yard of the dance studio often. Other note- The kitchen and bathrooms are on one side of the house and the bedroom is on the other. Elderly folks may want to consider sleeping on the futon in the living room to be closer to the bathrooms at night if that is of concern to you.
