Manilokanos Home: Beachfront Villa-2 Storey Cabana

Our Manila home in a beachfront setting. An expansive view of the blue-green waters, the rhythmic sound of "dalluyon" and the "bella" sunset of La Union make a lyrical tapestry for a mindful day. The space Manilokanos Home is located in Taboc, San Juan right in front of the beach. TABOC BEACH This part of San Juan is a popular surfing spot for tourists and visitors who look for a less inhabited area and a more tranquil setting. CABANA Our home's uniqueness comes from its imposing 2-storey cabana which serves as a view deck to bask in the beautiful sunset. Great for intimate gatherings with family and friends. BUNGALOW Open living and dining area with panoramic windows which lead to a long balcony looking out to the beach. BEDROOM The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms (one located beside the cabana which also has an outdoor shower area). CAPACITY The house comfortably sleeps 10 pax. Maximum capacity of the house is 12 pax which includes (2) extra mattresses. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property and a direct access to the beach. "My house is his house." Our home is your home. :) Other things to note SURF Surf's up! We provide 1 single-fin longboard surfboard (good for beginners) for guests to make the most out of the La Union trip. Please notify us in advance and we can book surfing lessons with a surf instructor. *Subject for availability and surf lessons are shouldered by the guest CLEANING We value cleanliness as much as you do. The property must be left the way it was found. We humbly ask for you to wash and dry out the dishes and throw the trash in their respective trash bins. Stains on bed linens and sofa covers will incur extra charges. PETS We love our furry friends but unfortunately, we don't allow pets inside the bungalow house. However, they are welcome to roam around outside the house and within the property's vicinity. Guests should clean their furry friends' poop. Extra charges would be imposed for poop left unattended. LIGHTS AND APPLIANCES We ask for you to turn off the lights and appliances especially the air-conditioning and ice maker when leaving the property or when not in use. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES For maintenance issues, please contact us immediately. However, all damages with appliances and furniture must be paid for by the guest. You must inform us of any damages or breakages during your stay.
