Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. (It has to be for the entire stay or minimum 4 days if you stay more than a week) (Must be requested at least 24 hours in Advance) Disclaimer: Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It has bubblers. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will share same heater. The heater temperature sets up between 80-90°F. Pool may take about 10-24 hours to fully warm up. No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights. Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.
