We are literally 1 minute from the Mile End stop of the underground which sits on 3 lines and will take you everywhere in London! The flat is right above our beloved coffee shop and we will offer you a daily £15 voucher to spend on your breakfast. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just downstairs and we will offer a further £15 voucher to spend at the famous The Pizza Room! The space The property has 3 double rooms (for 6) and we can add a folding bed in 2 of the rooms. An additional charge is added due to the cost of bedsheets. Why you should book this property: -Value for money: this property is hyper central and is offered at a very affordable price (from £24.5 per person based on 8 people) -Space: we can host up to 8 people, a rarity in London. -Convenience: the house is at 1 minute from Mile End tube station. -Location: the building is opposite Mile End park, Regent canal and Victoria park is 10 minutes walking. Canary Wharf, Stratfrod, Liverpool street station are just 1 or 2 stops away. -Amenities: the place is surrounded by shops and restaurants. -Position: the house is very well located at 5 minutes from Liverpool street station, the City and Canary wharf. Westfield stratford is also at 5 minutes. IMPORTANT THINGS to note: -The property is on several levels and the stairs are quite steep, therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility. -The property presents a fully fitted kitchenette for light meals preparation. The table can host max 2 people and not suitable for large meals. -Food must not be kept or consumed in the bedrooms to avoid soiling the place and not attract pests. As the kitchen is small, we offer a £15/day voucher to be used for your breakfast at The Coffee Room. We also offer you a £15 voucher/day to be used at The Pizza Room for your dinners. - Bed sheets, duvet and pillows are provided. We also supply hairdryers, fans, kitchen equipment and basic toiletries are provided. -We have taken the hard decision to charge a small fee (£9.50 per set) for the bath towels to encourage people to bring their own. This is because towels take a lot of energy to wash and dry and this is not good for the planet. We advise to get microfiber towels that are small to carry and quick to dry. We hope you agree with our ethos. -This is a Victorian building, and was built with the technology of its period. Insulation is a weak point and therefore can be hot in extra hot summer days and cold in abnormally cold winter days (UK usually has mild weather during all year). - the property is on a main road and can be noisy, please chose the room facing the back of the property if you are noise sensitive. New double glazing windows has just been installed. Guest access all the property except the storage room which is exclusive use of the shop
