Here's what makes this space truly special: Nestled on a tranquil side street just off Hwy 26, our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only 5 minutes from downtown Bethel. The private driveway offers ample parking for multiple vehicles. Inside and outside, you'll find fantastic amenities to make your stay unforgettable, including 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths spread across different levels. Step into the beautifully designed mudroom, offering plenty of space for boots and gear. The basement family room is the perfect hangout spot, equipped with a new 50" smart TV, air hockey table, and a beverage cooler stocked with your favorite drinks. The spacious bedroom on this level features a Queen bed and a Twin/Twin bunk bed. On the Main Level, you'll be greeted by an inviting open living room with a cathedral ceiling and a stone fireplace, alongside a smart TV. The dining room and bar area can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare gourmet meals, while the master bedroom with a King bed and a full bath, including a laundry area, ensures convenience and comfort. Venture to the Upper Level to discover a cozy loft, transformed into a delightful kids' corner with a cute teepee tent and a new telescope, offering picturesque mountain views. This level also features a bedroom with a Queen bed and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds (3 Twins and 1 Full size), along with a full bath. Outside, the patio is perfect for al fresco dining, complete with a propane BBQ grill, table, chairs, and a parasol. Unwind in the NEW hot tub, professionally sanitized and maintained after every booking, accommodating 7 people. For a cozy evening by the fire, enjoy the new fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the private backyard. When the weather calls for it, the air conditioning on the Main and Upper Levels ensures comfort, while the basement stays cool with window fans and a box fan for your use. Bringing your furry friends along? We gladly welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. Guests must contact us for pet approval and review pet rules before submitting the booking request. Be sure to include the number of pets in your booking request so the pet fee is properly included in the nightly rate. ***************** We kindly request the booking guest to provide a picture of their photo ID within 3 days from the booking date for our records. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and this measure helps us maintain a trustworthy and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our dedicated cleaning team invests hours of hard work to meticulously clean and sanitize the house after each booking. To fairly compensate their efforts, we include a cleaning fee as a pass-through charge. We apply part of the booking fees to purchase damage protection on guests' behalf so we don't request a security deposit. Certain exclusions apply. Guests must report damages occurred during their stay to benefit from this coverage. NOTE: Copy of photo ID is required to secure the booking. We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For your protection, there is a security camera covering the front door entrance.
