Per the San Bernardino County Short Term Rental Ordinance, only 3 cars allowed at property during your stay. The pool does NOT have the ability to heat, but heating of the Hot Tub is complimentary during your stay. Please shower before using the pool or spa. CRITTERS: We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert.
