It is less than a minute's walk to the sandy beach and next to Madero Steak House. ACCOMMODATIONS This apartment offers a suite and three bedrooms, plus a social bathroom with an electric shower, providing comfort and convenience for up to ten people. Enjoy a charming side view of the sea while relaxing in a carefully decorated environment. With four queen beds and two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and washing machine. We provide basic bed linens and one bath towel per guest. We offer a duvet for each bed, and for the single mattresses, we provide a microfiber blanket, ensuring your maximum comfort. AIR CONDITIONING Stay cool and comfortable in any climate with the four split air conditioners (cold only) in all dormitories and the suite, providing the ideal environment for your stay. GARAGE There is a rotating parking space in the same building, and you may have a car in front of or behind yours. If necessary, my team can direct you to private parking near the building. There is a one-time fee of R$ 100 to bring your four-legged friend. A maximum of two pets are allowed. We ask that you avoid leaving your pet alone in the apartment, as this can lead to unwanted barking and other nuisances. When using the building's common areas, such as elevators and the entrance hall, your pet must be carried in your arms and wear a collar or leash. In addition, pets are prohibited from climbing on the apartment's upholstery, such as sofas and beds. During your stay, it is essential to keep your pet's waste clean and, at checkout, make sure that no waste remains on the premises.
