The house is charming and very cozy. There are 3 complete en-suites (one with a whirlpool bathtub), a dining room, a living room with smart TV, a fireplace room, all integrated. In front of the rooms we have the deck overlooking the mountains, with a pizza oven, barbecue, and outdoor furniture. Other things to note The house is located 8 km from the center of Capivari, in the Água Santa neighborhood, a safe and quiet location, consisting of 3 spacious rooms for couples and families. We have a living room with a fireplace and space for dining. Beautiful garden, surrounded by lots of greenery, we have a barbecue area, an organic vegetable garden and a children's playground with a swing and dollhouse. Wi-Fi internet, smart TV. We provide a complete set of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. We accept pets of all sizes. An additional fee is charged; check the price and availability in advance. EVENTS AND PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME DURING THE STAY.
