The location could not be any better; placed in heart of Maple Ridge, the most beautiful historic neighborhood in Tulsa, surrounded by half-million dollar+ homes. South 5 minutes to Brookside, 5 minutes north to Downtown, Cherry Street, Pearl District, 18th/Boston and the Convention Center. This house is set for any adventure!!! The space Families will love it here! Spacious yet quaint bungalow with historic charm and modern decor/amenities. Includes two living areas with comfortable furniture and smart TVs, breakfast nook as well as dining table and two full bathrooms. Please note, shower in rear bathroom has wand shower head only. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, driveway and backyard. Other things to note Lots of neighbors walk/walk their dogs, please keep cars parked in driveway and pets on lease when in front yard. We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest. Please double check your guest count when booking.
